1.ISSUES IN HIRING OF EMPLOYEES : HR generally faces Ethical problems in hiring correct employees for the required jobs.
Problems faced in this area are:
- They face problem in hiring their relative or friend at a higher package position.
- Documents submitted by some applicants are fake.
- After knowing that an employee who had been working with the company for a long time, is very skilled and has a excellent record has lied about his educational documents/credentials.
2. PERFORMANCE TRACKING: In this, in an organisation, call monitoring, desktop tracking, and other electronic monitoring mechanism are widely used on-job performances, work habits and client management. these activities clear restrict any possible misuse of organisational resources, but also give the possibility of tracking personal conversations and messages of employees.
3.DISCRIMINATION OF EMPLOYEES : In many organisations employees are differentiated on the basis of their gender, race, origin, and their disability. But nowadays new laws are evolved and a regulatory framework has been set for employees behaviour with each others.
Managers are also trained for managing behaviour and check that no kind of discrimination are practiced in the organisation.
4.CASH AND INCENTIVE PLANS :These include salaries, annual increments or incentives, and log term incentives plans.
In terms of basic salaries HR mangers give reason for a higher level of basic salaries than the competitors to retain some employees in fear of losing some great employees, the HR managers are forced to provide higher package of salaries to them.
5.SAFETY AND HEALTH: As industrial work is hazardous for the safety of the employees. Rules have been created that if some kind of hazardous event occur in the organisation the victims shall be given compensation.
Ethical problems of HR arises when the justice is denied to the victims by the organisation.

Those who chose the fair means they grow but safe, whereas those who chose unfair means they grow fast but ends up in losing their jobs .
1.BREACHING COMPANY INTERNET POLICY: According to some researchers they have founded that huge amount of money is wasted on unwanted internet surfing. Due this money and company time both are wasted. HR managers should look up to their employees that where the are spending companies resources.
2.ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR : Some employees gets offended by the manager, some fellow worker, or stress due to work load he/she gets in 889+abusive conversation with others due to pressure. HR manger should control such kind behavior of the employee which should not affect other employees.
3.EMPLOYEE THEFT : It was founded that some of the employees working in the company were stealing and were caught.This kind of behaviour and actions of employees are very serious and harmful for the organisation.

1.ACCURACY : The financial mangers of the company have the duty to check all the financial publications are accurate and fairly reflect the financial conditions of the company. Managers are responsible for any kind of frauds or errors in accounting. Managers are bound to follow certain ethical standards for all the transactions to be recorded carefully.
2.HONESTY: Managers should not be bias and should not allow conflicts of interests, without disclosing any personal data of the customers. shareholders, customers, employees, stakeholders should trust their managers.
3.TRANSPARENCY : It generally means means explaining financial information clearly.Managers should not hide any kind of information regarding financial statements of the company. Every company has to submit financial reports every year to ensure that every transactions are done ethically.
- Extending the payment dates of the creditors, vendors, dealers commission.
- Fake promises are made of incentives, promotion.
- False promise to the customers and stakeholders for their profit.
- Taking finance from those who are giving personal favours to the the finance department.
- To avoid tax managers takes loans from private investors at higher rates.
- opening of accounts in different banks to avoid adjustments against loans by earlier banks.
- Delays in paying wages, and incentives to employees.

Ethics in marketing refers to moral guidelines and principles that every organisation should follow. Every company has a particular marketing policies to guide their pricing advertising, research, and various other provisional and competitive strategies.
- Deceptive marketing policies.
- Adequate market research.
- Current market research.
- Ethics marketing and promotion.
- various delivery channels.
- Current market condition.
In present scenario corporate trust has been on a lower side. Customers faith from organisations has no longer that strong.
Some of the major unethical practices are :
- Misleading advertisement with false claims that supports their product.
- Emotional exploitation.
- Contacting people without having their knowledge.
- False promises for the products in sake of profits at large scale.
- Misinterpretation of services.
